What is this OFFER all about?


This is a THREE-TIER OFFER. You choose the one that suits your business plan NEEDS and EXPECTATIONS. Bear in mind that it all depends on what kind of business you want or will have, and what you want to do.

  • Are you interested in trying out one of our commercial products?
  • Are you modifying our commercial product designs to support AN INVENTION that you might have?
  • Are you going to ETCH your own PCB?
Then choose the DIY PROJECT License.
 
  • Are you interested in doing the above, but don't want to ETCH your own PCB, but still want the Gerber files for manufacturing?
  • Are you interested in testing the market with limited sales(make, pay and sell)?
  • Are you willing to pay for a single license every time you manufacture an item with the fab/factory using our Gerber files?

Then choose the BUSINESS SINGLE License (great for testing the market. Manufacture and sell up to 5 units at a time).

  • Are you interested in manufacturing up to 5 units per order of our designs as commercial products?
  • Are you interested in manufacturing up to 5 units  PLUS your integrated/added commercial product designs? 
  • NOTE: (we'll do integration at an added fee or you can get your own integration done with a third-party integrator).

Then choose the MASS PRODUCED License.

A bit of history and technicalities.


What we offer here are a series of ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT PROJECTS FILES or manufacturing electronic files (Gerber) in 3 Tiers.

But Why 3 Tiers?

Remembers one word GERBER-FILES, actually 2 words, sorry. But what are GERBER Files? A GERBER File is what you send or upload to the factory for mass manufacture. Only our BUSINESS-SINGLE License and BUSINESS-MASS-PRODUCED License include the SCHEMATIC-Diagram and GERBER files. but not the DIPTRACE-Files.

The BUSINESS-MASS-PRODUCED License includes all the GERBER Files, SCHEMATIC-Diagram and the DIPTRACE-Files.

The DIY License does not include the GERBER Files, but its a complete project that includes the SCHEMATIC-DIAGRAM and the PCB-Transfer image so that you can ETCH your own PCB, hence the name DIY. It's good if you make lots of changes to our design and don't want to spend money on lot's of prototypes, although doing prototypes is now cheaper than ever.

All our 3 tier packages here include the SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM. And only the BUSINESS SINGLE License and BUSINESS MASS PRODUCED License include both the SCHEMATIC-Diagram and the GERBER Files. The BUSINESS-MASS-PRODUCED License includes all the GERBER Files, SCHEMATIC-Diagram and the DIPTRACE-Files.

What should I expect?


DIY PROJECT License (Here you get the SCHEMATIC and PCB PRINTER TRANSFER IMAGE for you to ETCH your own board. NO GERBER files):

DIY PROJECT License is meant for the DIY, technicians, experimenters and inventors that want to build stuff, tweak, change or add our project to their own existing project.

For example: you developed a system to inject Nitrous Oxide and you want to add our Throttle-Actuator to it. Regardless of which one of our packages you choose, you'll want to first build it. Then you'll want to integrate it to your already built Nitrous Oxide injector and run all tests accordingly. So the DIY Project License is great for testing, tweaking and changing without ordering Proto Boards from the fab/factory. If you then decide to develop a final product, meaning our design and your design together in one single PCB (integration), then you can integrate yourself, hire our integration service or hire some other service for integration. If you've changed our design and you're doing a commercial final product, then you need to share it with us.

BUSINESS NOTE: If you add our project design to your commercial-product and later you need to combine the whole project into a single GERBER? Then, we also have design services and can provide you with your COMPLETED INVENTED PRODUCT GERBER FILE that includes your Invention and our ADDED Project. You'll need to email us for a quote, depending on complexity.
LEGAL NOTICE: If you change our design and later want to include it on your COMMERCIAL PRODUCT then you MUST SHARE YOUR CHANGES WITH US.

BUSINESS-SINGLE License (here you get the SCHEMATIC-Diagram and the GERBER Files):

The BUSINESS-SINGLE License is the first step in developing a commercial final product and you don't want to ETCH your own PCB, but have the fab/factory build your first PROTOTYPES. This process is like any other development process, but you're using our ready made and TESTED electronic designs that you've purchased.

The process is similar, get your PCBs from the fab/factory, assemble and test. Then if you need to change our design, go on to a second or third proto if needed. If you've changed our design and you're doing a commercial final product, then you need to share it with us.

The BUSINESS-SINGLE License does not allow you to infinitely mass produce your own COMMERCIAL Product. It is only a FIVE TIME repeatable License. You can MAKE MANY and BUT SELL FIVE. If you then want to sell more, then you purchase another BUSINESS-SINGLE License and repeat the process. The BUSINESS-SINGLE License is great if you want to test the market and pay and sell as you go. You buy the BUSINESS-SINGLE License, MAKE 5 and SELL. If you like the sales results, then you're ready for the BUSINESS MASS PRODUCED License.

BUSINESS MASS PRODUCED License (here you get the DIPTRACE-Files, the SCHEMATIC-Diagram and the GERBER Files):

The BUSINESS MASS PRODUCED License is the next step after the DIY Project License or BUSINESS-SINGLE License. Here you do it all, including testing and integration and final MASS Production. With the BUSINESS-MASS PRODUCED License you have access to the DIPTRACE-Files and can mass produce/manufacture and SELL an infinite amount of units. With the BUSINESS-MASS PRODUCED License you now have a FULL FLEDGED BUSINESS.

Again If you've changed our design and you're doing a commercial final product, then you need to share it with us.
